I would like to know if there would be any relief in a situation were someone is deported and then caught back in the u.s.a.. and then deported again and now living in mexico. Would you ever have a chance to fix your permanent statise at any time in the future and what would be the time limit and what would you have to do. would it depend on the first crime that was committed in order to fix it.
Could there be a type of visa you could qualify for because there isn't any family were you were deported to.
