reentry with AP

Can anyone use AP for reentry while AP is approved when we were out side the country.

My attornet said we can use AP in this case, I have seen my friend also, He used AP for his Kid and wife, at the time It was approved they were not in the country...now he got his GC also....

Not correct, the applicant must stay in the U.S. till the AP is approved. Otherwise the AP is invalid.
