I have few questions regarding rerentry permit
-I am planning to leave US with in next 10 days, is it okay to leave before I get reentry permit receipt or approval. While in India, how to handle RFEs especially the one where they ask for the proof that the candidate is still in US
-How long does it take to get the receipt of application
-How long does it take to get the approval
-Do I need to use attorney? If yes, any reliable attorney in New Jersey
-I stayed outside of US for about 5 months (june 15 to Nov 5) and now I am in US for 5 weeks (till Dec 10), if for any reason the re-entry permit is not approved after 3 months (Approx Mar'06) can I come back to US without issues?
