I applied for a re-entry permit for my parents who are GC holders. I sent both applications in one package. I ensured that each application was associated with its own G1450 authorization for credit card transactions, one for my father and one for my mother. The package was received on Jan 29th 2026 at Lewsiville TX lockbox. On Feb 13th, only one application was charged and I could see the chanrge on my credit card. Though no idea if it was for my mom or dad. I am not sure why the credit card was not charged for the second application even though they were in same packet. Is this normal? or is it that second application can be considered misplaced? Can i contact to anyone at Lewsiville lockbox? Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated.
