I have applied re entry permit for my daughter. We have received the receipt, then she left for her studies. We noticed that while we checking the copy of i-131 form that her date of birth entered wrong. How to correct this?

If this is an admistrative error caused by BCIS, then they will have it corrected and re-issue the permit without charge, otherwise, it is your turn to re-apply for another one, which will take at least 1 more year.
