NSC received my application on Feb 8th and appoved it today. I requested for an expedited processing because I have to go to a professional meeting.:)

Listen Memo, how did you know your name chek had been completed? I can't find out whether or not mine was cleared. And my ND is 2004. :(
Also my online ctatus says now the case is in Missouri and nobody can explain me why.
 
want, yeah. I attached my registration to the conference to my I-131. I faxed and mailed another letter once I got the receipt no. and attached my booked flight, the conference registration and also wrote in the letter the importance of attending this conference for my job. Thanks for your great sticky man, it helped.

rustick, I had sent a letter to Laura Bush and requested her help for my name check. I received a letter from the FBI after a couple of months that my name check was cleared. CIS still refused to adjust my status and I had to file for a WOM. in month I got approved with a close follow up from the US Attorney, a super nice guy.

sure, I wrote a letter to her and mailed it with first class mail to the White House address:

Mrs. Laura Bush
The White House
