If a green card holder travels to India while his/her reentry permit is still being considered by BCIS, and the one year period outsite US expires, what would happen?
If the permanent status is lost by being outside US, can he/she apply for a non-immigrant visa later on to visit US?
I would appreciate any info and any examples that happened.
