Redoing FP Notices

Does anybody know how long before the end of 15 months does the INS start sending out notices for redoing expiring FP's? Anybody got notices to redo the FP's?

I've noticed a few cases in scanner go from RFE sent or transfer to .. fp results received .. but the number is really small, and I have no way of knowing what was their original fp date ..

so .. I don't know hehe .

Though it might already be happening.
