Redo FP guys, we dont have send FP fee again, do we?

recently got my second FP done. some of the posts here about FP fee confused me. we pay FP fee only for the first fingerprinting and not the second one, right?

I did my second FP and in the FP notice it is clearly mentioned that it is already paid for.
