..for the third month in a row. We sort of know from Rupnet that March has been a good month for NSC. If this trend continues we should be in good shape over the next few months. The 20% decrease in applications over a five month period is also a significant number as is the 14% increase in approvals.

It may not be the best of news but atleast it isn't negative.

Yes, it's good news. If NSC is approving cases in a timely pattern, it will give us more hope. Randomly approving is discouraging.
