Received 2nd Fingerprint Notice - L.A.

I received 2nd fingerprint notice in snail mail today. Notice date is 6/22. Scheduled on 8/10, at South El Monte ASC. But my touch date didn't change, and no email notification either.

I don't plan to wait another 47 days; I will try a walk-in tomorrow (Friday) afternoon. Anobody had success in doing an early FP at S. El Monte? How about other ASC in southern California? I plan to leave office early tomorrow and get there at 3:45pm. Is this a good time? or maybe Saturday will be better?

I got my FP2 done early. Here is the info, for you guys living in southern California.

I went to S El Monte ASC yesterday (Fri) at 3:40pm, 20 minutes before closing. There were not many ppl in there and there was no line at the door. The guard turned me away and said, "we aren't even doing Aug yet. Maybe come back in July or reschedule." I don't know why because they were not busy and the waiting seats were 90% empty.

This morning (Sat) I tried again at the Pomona ASC. I arrived at 8am just when they opened. This center is small (about 1/4 the size of El Monte), but there were only 10 ppl in front of me, and the guard let me do it. They are courteous here. Finished in 30 minutes.

I was fully prepared to visit about 10 ASC's in So Cal today, even if I have to cover 200+ miles. Luckily, Pomona was my first stop and they let me in; they sure saved me a lot of driving. :)

You may try to do early FP. If there are not many people, you may be allowed to do FP though not guaranteed. Good luck!

JKUO:

I was refused by EL Monte ASC for the same " too early" reason. Could you provide the address of Pomona ctr? I may give it a try.

Thanks a lot.

Service Center in FP reads "WSC"

Guys,

Does the Service Center column in your FP notice reads "WSC" ? I thought it should be CSC, but strangely enough my lawyer and the Customer Service representative said it was OK (probably means "Wstern Service Center").

Will really appreciate your reply.

Oops, they took back the notice letter after FP me and I didn't make a photo copy of it. I don't remember what was printed on that notice.
