I 485 Questions
Hi,
My priority dates become current, I have following questions
1) I-140 got approved for myself and my wife, But my priority dates are current now, Can I apply 485 using my I-140 for my family,
Do I need to provide my wifes A number some where In I-485 applications, I don't have my wife's A number because her employer did not provided I-140 approval copy.
2) Can travel outside US Once we get Travel document without having H1B stamping ? When I show my Travel document in port of entry, does it automatically change my status to EAD ? I need to maintain H1B status.
3) My employer is delaying I-485 filing, Is visa applications are handled in the order I-485 application was received ? or do they process by priority dates ?
