Record-breaking I-485 approval

I'm speechless! I received 9 emails today stating that our 485 applications (mine, wife, and child) were all approved. Below is the timeline:

Labor substitute EB3 (PD: 5/30/02)
I-140,I-485,I-765,I-131 filed concurrently - 1/12/07
I-140 approval - 1/19/07
FP mine & wife (code 3) - 2/1/07
I-485 LUD mine @ wife - 2/2/07
FP child 2/7/07 but walk in last Sat 2/3/07
I-485 LUD child - 2/5/07
I-765 wife and mine LUD - 2/6/07
I-131 wife, child and mine LUD - 2/6/07
I-485 wife, child and mine - approval notice 2/7/07

I guess I'm just lucky!!! It'll be my 8th month of working here in the U.S. I'm overwhelmed!

I wonder what will happen with the I-765 and I-131 application :confused:
 
To say "you are lucky" would be the biggest understatement of the century.

imcdude, our case have the same LUD!

Mine filed 7/26/06, LUD 9/26/06.

I am waiting for 140/485 approval/action since August 15th 2006. No Updates :(

How long have you been in the USA? Probably not very long.
 
Thanks to divine help and my lawyer, mine was approved as well. Filed the I485 on 12/18/06 and got an approval on 2/7/07. My PERM took a while as it was filed back in June 2006 and approved in August 2006; but I am glad that things turned out properly.

I am waiting on my actual card now.

Thanks to everyone in the forum for all the advice.

Physical Green Card

Does anyone know when would the physical 'greencard' be mailed? I didn't get the CARD MAILED notification yet but the LUD keeps on changing everyday. Any clues :confused:

Nevermind! I got the card in the mail today :D

You will receive card ordered notice first. Then card mailed soon after.
You may have to wait in the cue for the card to be ordered, though.

If you need to travel you can have infopass stamp your psport. This will not be done after LUD changes to "card ordered"
 
Pinoy is right. I got my card today and the petition got approved on 2/7. The funny thing is that I have an LUD today which says that they mailed out the card on 2/12 but in reality I got the card today. I guess they are pretty quick in getting the cards out.

I wish all of you guys the very best. After like 8 years (including college years), and a few employers I finally got my status adjusted. When my I485 was pending, I called TSC using the 1-800 number (I never talk to the USCIS customer service reps cos they have no idea about your case at all), and the guys at TSC were really helpful. Good luck guys.
