Does anyone know what should be the tone in the recommendation letters for EB1-OR or EB2-NIW.
Can it consist of words like "Dr. X's work has the potential for providing xxx benefits..." or should it be more like "Dr. X's work has provided xxxx benefits..."
In other words, can we refer the future benefits that a researcher can provide OR it should be a past benefit (especially for OR category)
