Recommendation letters: TSC or NSC?

I have e-filed I-140 and it went to TSC.
But when writing the recommendation letters for me, my referee should address the TSC or NSC (as NSC is the default service center for my location)? or it does not mater?

Does not change anything... Mine were all written to the Nebraska service center, while the file was looked at TSC (and my memo sent at TSC too).
