So I am getting tired of waiting especially I heard from infopass officer that it could take up to 4 years since. Now I want to hire a good attorney to file a lawsuit against the USCIS. please guys do you know any lawyer that can handle this case here in Austin or Sanantonio Texas? Please...........

seemo14,

Attornies don't need to be from TX. I could not find anybody even in Houston who would file a lawsuit. My case was in San Antonio too. I waited two years, hired attorney in Boston and my case was resolved in less than ten days. The attorney did a good job for me. His fee was reasonable and he didn't charge email consultation. Good luck. His contact:

I am in the same shoes and had already made contact with Gregory. Can you tell me since you got your Naturalization within 10 day after 2 yrs wait, were you asked to go for re-finger printing and interview?

I talked to a lawyer (about engaging him). He charged 95$ for the initial consultation and said that he'd charge $225/hr with a minimum engagement of 3 hours.
