Reclaim PD - Should I call USCIS about 140 being revoked?

Not sure how to ascertain that 140 has been revoked
- Talks in progress with employer (might say revoked, to get rid of me)
- Might not want to discuss as they would substituted my labor

Current, online staus for my 140 says approved
Should I call USCIS and ask if 140 has been revoked by employer?
