I was charged with reckless driving in Virginia many many years ago.
I pleaded no contest and paid the civil fine of $70 and the judge
ordered the case to be dismissed.
I don't have trouble disclosing it and possibly documenting it. But
here is my concern. I did not disclose it on my I-485 form when applying for green card because I saw "excluding traffic violation". I google-searched
for reckless driving impact on citizenship, I don't think it ois a big deal.
But I read many poists saying reckless driving should be disclose on I-485
form. Would the immigration later ask why I did not disclose it on
I-485 form?
