Reckless driving and I-485

I am filling out I-485 and I have a couple of concerns regarding questions 25, 26, 27 and 28 (part 8). I got charged with reckless driving back in 2018. I hired a lawyer who went to court for me and got the reckless driving dismissed. There were additional citations too, like speeding but I'm not too worried about that. The reckless driving got dismissed if I would go to an 8 hour online driving class, which I did. I paid the charges and the court fees and did the class. How would I answer questions 25, 26, 27, and 28? Also, how badly will this affect my application? I assume I will need to send my court records to USCIS, correct?

You should answer Yes to questions 25 and 26 since you were cited and charged with reckless driving. For question 27, answer No because the charge was dismissed and did not result in a conviction. For question 28, answer Yes since you completed an 8-hour online driving class as part of the dismissal. This is unlikely to negatively impact your application, but you should provide court records showing the dismissal and proof of course completion to USCIS. Full disclosure is important to avoid any issues.
