Recive RFE & Need Help about I-602 Waiver form

I recived RFE from USCIS yesterday and they attached a I-602 form. But i don't have any Idea what to attach and write on that form. I apply my I-485 by my self now think i need a attorny for that I-602 Waiver. Can any one tell me good attorny around NYC who can help me.
Wantmygcnow you send I-602 with 119 page document if you help me with some information (what kind of document i sould send to USCIS) I would be very happy.
Also i am sending you a private Massage about that.

Yes--thats they write on the attachment. Any Idea what they mean by that?
And what kind of Evidence i have sent USCIS?

Can you be more specific what they say the misrepresentation was? Fake passport or Visa etc
