Hi ,
As you all know in my previous post about RFE on I-140
seen last friday on the USCIS website.
But today i recieved a phone call from My attorney that the RFE mail from USCIS office has been recieved by them today.
The USCIS office wants the latest I mean 2003 W2 forms
and Company,s Latest W2 forms.
My attorney promised to send the docs requested by USCIS today itself and hope this would satisfy the USCIS . As the income shown in 2003 W2 is comparitively higher than 2002.
My company has been doing good with 200+ employees.
They have shown profits this year just like every year in the past.
Anybody who has gone thru this situation and got approval please respond with ur experiences.
