Today morning I got an email from my lawyer saying that, there is an RFE issued by Neberaska service center for my wife.
Here is the information about the RFE from my lawyer.
"They returned the original medical exam for your wife to bring to the same civil surgeon. After she has her TB tests done, please return the sealed medical exam to our office and we’ll forward to the NSC".
Do we need to goto same civil surgeon or can we goto any other nearest immigration approved surgeon? We moved from the original place recently.
Any body was in the same situation. Please help.
