recieved RFE for PD Feb 2003 EB-3

Guys,
looks like USCIS started to adjucating the coming cases. they sent me an email of RFE ? I don't know what they need now. They called me at local USCIS center 3 years ago and they said everything is inline. Did anyone receive any RFE for coming cases ?

I will get letter in a day or 2 .I will add details then.

I still have not received my RFE for me and my wife from 14th june fiasco. As they had old address and I opened SR and they asked me to wait for 30 days. MY PD is going to be current in Sep. They told me that my wife's RFE was sent in error. So I can assume that my RFE is for EVL. Can I send RFE response without the RFE letter ? they opened another SR this week to re resend the RFE .

any comment or any help is appreciated.
