Recieved Plastic Cards in Mail

I received Plastic Cards in mail after approximately 3 months from the Port of Entry (POE) stamp. The POE was from Canada via Ambassador Bridge on Detroit/Windsor crrosing by Car. Interview in Montreal Canada on April 18, 2001. Interview was not smooth a lot of problems caused by Beard Guy in Montreal, but finally worked out in September.
