Hi Guys, My PD is oct 99 for f3 category(PRESENTLY 99 JULY) but my mother in usa received packet from NVC asking to deposit $70 for I864(affidavit of support) and $ 360 or so for processing. Is that true they start the process b4 PD become current. My CP will be in mumbai because my case start from bmb #. Any IDEA friends if anyone have same similar situaution.If they ask for the fees then it means they will start the process very soon. Thanks Waiting for your reply or suggestion.
