Recieved 485 approval email, but 140 is still pending.

I got an email saying but I am worried about my 140 because my 140 is not approved yet, and also my legal department did not recieved my approval yet. Still it is saying my RFE received on 1st of March.

Note: I do not have lawyer for 140, my legal department applied.
 
Congrats gcaaa111. There is always some glitch with USCIS. But, getting the I-485 approved is always a reason for celebration. Most likely your I-140 is also approved. Just they did not update the message. Well deserved after the wait. Congrats!

My family recently came to US, their application supposed to be added this friday.

United Nations, Any suggestion??? How can I add my dependants??

Congrats.. looks like your I-140 Already approved.

Well this is not good... Now that you have already 485 approved. you might need to check with the Good lawyer.

We got the 485 approval copy in mail

This means your i-140 already got approved. your legal department might not have disclosed!. Congrats.
 
140 is approved today.

Hi All,

I got the maic email at 10:45 PM on my 140 approval. Interesting thing is my 485 was approved on 24 th May. And it took almost 98 days after we replied the RFE for my 140.

Now I am enjoying the 485 appoval, till today I am little bit tensed. See my signature for more details.
