Congrats! What was your ND? I would assume it is after 2000?? Also tell us to what date is your GC backdated.

thanks born twice for the reply......ND: 02/23/2000.......i got aprroved on 02/08/2005.......the date is my GC backdated : 02/08/2004. :) :) :)

You could apply four years and 9 months after the date indicated on your GC. If that date is 02/08/04, you would be eligible to apply by November 2008. You are pretty close !!!
