Recently obtained Birth Certificate: Anybody approved?

they asked one of my friend why you registered after so many years of ur birth.
So best thing to take care of this problem is: produce 2 affidavits, non-availability certificate from any civil administration,and school leaving certificate which might have ur date of birth and your parent name.
