Recently Why INS is transferring most cases to Local INS. What the hell INS vermont is doing. discuss
 
You name it.

(1) Economy downtown - job loss
(2) Increased backlog again
(3) Security concern - needs more interviews
(4) Preparing for internal restructuring (to seperate from future Dept of Home Land Secruity
(5) Holiday approaching
and more...
 
Yeah .. anything can and could happen in INS these days.

Without having real facts or knowledge on what REALLY IS going on in INS these days, we can only GUESS, not discuss.
 
On the second thought, they are really smart.

I am gonna sit back and take the government's paycheck, and let somebody else take the work and get blamed if bad things happen with the approval. Boom, you got a "transfer" strategy.
