recently filed GC? G-325A form multiple or single page?

If any of you self filed or filed for GC with attorney and were successful,

my question is, what about the G-325A biography application?

Did you have to send about 3 to 5 of the same one page G-325A application as printed out?

The newer version of G-325A has only one page and not multiples of the same page.

When I used to file for GC, the G325A application comes with multiple same page of about 4 pages.


what you found it or how many of the same application page you sent?

Hi jonny
I am sending my application today
the new G325A (June 2009 version) has two pages only, the second page is just instructions
the old G325A had 4 pages and that edition of the form is still accepted as written on the USCIS website ..

i am using the new one with one page ..

what about the I-693 medical report?

Done medical test and you are sending the report with the application package or not sending with the application and will do it when you are asked in the mail to do it?

Medical report will be sent with the package
