Recent registration of birth, any RFE expected from TSC in such cases.

Hello Guys,
I need little help who have been thru this situation at TSC.
My birth was regustered but recently (2000), I do have BC from municipality. Does TSC send out rfe IN SUCH SITUATION situation when birth was registered recently. any workaround incase they send RFE.
