Has anybody gone thru Mumbai CP recently? What are the questions they are asking? How hard or easy are these questions. Please share your experiences.

No questions asked for me...

I got my CP done at Mumbai on August 29th. They seem to be pretty cool about employment based cases. At the most they might ask you some simple questions like who do you work for, how long have you been working etc.

Documents...

My I140 was approved on March 11, 2002. All the other dates such as case created, P3 sent etc. are in cptracker.com

The only documents I was asked for were

-- DS230 Part II
-- notarized employment letter
-- birth certificate
-- marriage certificate
-- PCC
-- medical reports
-- I134 (for my wife)
-- copy of H1 approval notice (because the visa stamp in the passport had expired)
 
Notarized employment???

Did the consulate specifically ask for notarized employment letter? My lawyer has advised me that it is not required.
 
By notarized employment letter I meant a letter stating your current job title, salary, job description etc. and mentioning that the job will be available once you get back to US. And yes, it has to be notarized. I have not heard of anyone going for the interview without a notarized letter. It is one of the most important documents which you need to have.
 
I submitted similar documents for my interview on September 24th.

No questions asked. Had notarized employment letter as well as copies of birth / marriage certificates.
