Recent LUD Changes Vs PD

Lots of people reported, including me, that LUD of all pending/approved applications changed with no change in status.

Also, many people pointed out that PD is blank on the 140 receipt notice. I think, USICS is trying to popluate the PD as they have to process their application based on PD and that's causing the LUD.

Any thoughts?
