Recent frequent change of LUD means approval soon?

My LUD has been changed as 6/29 (2nd FP update), 7/7, 7/20 and 7/21.
Does it mean something might happen soon based on other people's experience? Need your comment.

mostly ONLY EB2's are getting approved.and also guys from March'Apr.May 2003.
I got an LUD on 7/7 but no change after that....... :confused:
