Recent EAD Approval @ NSC - How long?

Hello,

My current EAD is expiring in May 2007 and with the new 6 months prior application rule, I would like to know what the current approval timeline is at NSC?

My last two EADs have been approved in less than a month, but that was before the 6 month application rule.

Has anyone recently applied for an EAD renewal at NSC or has anyone's EAD renewal recently been approved at NSC. How long did it take?

Abt 45-50 days

If everythign is fine with your file..u may get it in this time frame...i got in 48 days...Good Luck

I have an e-file EAD Question?

Is your case Employment based and you e-filed?
When did you get the Biometrics notice, was it after you send the supporting documents or you send the supporting documents after your Biometrics appointment?

I have e-filed 1st Nov and just got the Receipt Notice, I have not got the Biometrics Notice yet.

I applied during last week of Sep. my ead is expiring in first week of jan and i m going to india in second week. its more than 50 days still no sign of any relief.

I hope to get my EAD approve before december.

From other post that I have read on this forum, you DO NOT schedule your own biometrics for efile cases since Oct 1st.

They will send you an appt in the mail.
