Where does one sign up for e-mail from USCIS?

It's an unrelated question to your post but I was wondering exactly where would one sign up to receive e-mails/LUD's from USCIS on your pending I-485s? Do you use your LIN from I485 to sign up or your A#?

And, does it matter what e-mail address you provide to them (whether your company related or personal is okay)?

Lastly, should your attorney be also added to receive these updates, if any, or not necessary.

Any input will be appreciated.

go to USCIS.GOV and

go here https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp and create your account and enter EAC number to track your case.
