Hi everyone,
jsut wanted to share some joy and hope with you. My birthday is tomorrow and Iw as ready to have one of the worst in my life...having planned to go back to Europe on Feb 24, not knowing whether I would get the AP, tiking abuot changing plans, etc.
I come in to work this morning, getting ready to go to an appointment at my district office to try to accelerate the AP and ask about my i-485 pending since Oct2005. I go to the USCIS websiet and see my AP was approved yesterday..WOOHOO
for the curious, here are my timelines and pretty good for the AP!

filed i-485, 130, 765 - 09/02/05
EAD1 - 11/02/05
interview and i-130 approved 02/22/06
EAD2 filed 08/11/06 - approved 09/25/06
only update on i-485 :fingerprint review completed - 12/10/06
AP filed - 12/19/06
AP approved- 01/31/07!
