Recent AP approval from VSC

I applied for an AP and EAD in September, got my EAD in OCtober and my AP was rejected due to the fact that the pictures were not meeting their specifications.
My lawyer sent the new pictures in November (4th) and I am still waiting. I called the INS and they mentioned that the AP application was now with the officer and I will hear from them soon.

Hi,
I wanted some info about AP. We (me and my wife) have applied for I-485 and our fingerprints were done on June 2002 and case processing has resumed. Meanwhile my H1-B and wife's H4 expired and we got it renewed.
My question is if I have a valid H1-B and H4 for my wife, do we need an Advance Parole to go out and come back to US ?
Please share your views regarding this.

Advance parole for myself and wife got approved today.

looks like they processed it with RD 10/17 cases.
When I called IIO last week she said they are processing
10/15 AP cases and my case is 10/17.
Lost $700 on air tickets booked for 11/27/2002.
RFE case I-485 still pending.

Looks okey. but only god can tell when it will get approved.
if you look at the time it took for me (1 month and 17 days from RD) if you add it to yours, it will be around dec 20+, right?
I think yours should be approved well before that.
if you look at malda's his/hers got approved in 1 month 5 days!!
