Recent 2nd FP's are getting approvals

Whoever did the 2nd FP recently are getting approvals whose priority date is current.
Is there anyway to get the FP notice as my FP expired recently.

Some local offices issue FP notices if your FP has expired. Take an infopass appointment and try.

Hi Dallas03096, I went for the infopass to ask for FP notice and they couldn't do anything and asked me to wait until I get the notice, I am trying again next week to ask FP notice.

I had an infopass appointment today where I came to know my Namecheck ..... here is my experience at infopass
IO; Why did you come here?
Me: I came here to check the status of my application
IO: Checked the application and said it is with TSC we can't do anything
Me: Since FP expired can you please send another FP notice.
IO: Until Namecheck is cleared you will not get another FP notice

So does this statement imply that all those have done their second FP quite recently (after the VSC to TSC transfer) have had their namecheck's cleared?

All those who did their 2nd FP recently(First one atleast 1 year back) should get their Namechecks cleared.

I have done my 2nd FP in May, 2007, however I found that my namecheck has been pending since 2004. Life is a !@#$%

I have done my second FP on 5/10/2007. Name check is cleared as per INFO Pass. So should i expect my approval soon as dates are current July 1st.
