 Hello Experts (Sorry this is a real long post) ,
485 -PD 6/26/2003 RD 9/2003 VSC->TSC.
140 Approval 5/2004
Changed employer 5/1/2006 didn't send any AC21 docs.
Change of address confirmation from INS dated 5/30/2006.
140, 765 (previously approved), 485 all LUD Changed on 5/27/2006.
No status changes.
Previous employer said they will not revoke 140 but will notify INS that
I had quit them and they no longer employ me.

Subsequently I got EAD approved in 8/2006 and AP in 10/2006.
Recently 485 case got transferred to TSC and also got Biometrics done on
5/22/07.

Is it safe to conclude that my I-140 is still good and has not been revoked?I have not received any such notices in last one year but not sure if that was because the priority date was not current.
But I am not sure what had caused the LUD changes in May 2006? Could that
be change of address?
I again moved in March 2007 and did online change of address this time.
No LUDs this time on any of the cases. So I m more confused.

Basically my dilemma is that is it safe to assume that my 140 and 485 are in
good shape as I recently received FP notice and got those done?

I am planning to change employer once again. The new employer is not much aware of AC21 and stuff like that. So I am little concerned about any RFE's or
NOIDs if I suddenly get any as the priority dates are now current.

Sorry for a long post again. But any help/pointers will be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi there,
In my opinion, the service centers don't handle non-routine letters. One might be where your prev employer has informed htat you left. Unless, he provided all the relevant info, like I140 copy, receipt date and whole nine yard info, they will not act on it. They barely have time to do the routine stuff like 140, 485 approvals, where do they have the time to dig up your file and note that it has been withdrawn. I am sure they would have intimated that it is revoked (if at all they had done it). How can they just void your I140 and not intimate the lawyer/you? I doubt they did anything with your ex employers letter. Good luck.
