I received my wifes finger print notice yesterday. She is my dependent and filed application in June 2003 while I filed my I-485 in Oct 2002. I am yet missing my finger prints and it might be because I changed my adress and haven't informed them. I checked with my attorney and he hasn't received them either. Can somebody help me with the following questions.
Can my wife go earlier than the date mentioned?
Can I go with her and show the documents and say I haven't received my notice so if you can fingerprint me as well?
Also my wife has not done her medical yet and my attorney is suggesting that I should not send it to INS until they ask for RFE or until the interview time as sometimes it get lost in the mail. Any feedback.
