Received US Citizenship - Wife pending 485

I got my Green card in June 2007. At that time i was married and my wife was in H1B. Then she was added to my file and received her EAD/AP and 485 was pending since then. Currently she is working with her EAD.

Recently i qualified for Citizenship and i went ahead and applied in anticiaption that i could apply for her Green Card through my Naturalization. Today i took my oath.

What is my next step in the process? Since i started reading and came across that her 485 might get denied and so forth? is that the case. If so what are my options now?

File I-130 and a new I-485 ASAP. Your naturalization means her existing I-485 could be denied, and her EAD revoked. She should not leave the US without having Advance Parole based on the new I-485, or the green card itself.
