Received second FP notice today

I received second FP notice today!! My details

RD: Jan 22, 2002
1st FP: Mar 14, 2002
2nd FP scheduled: 08/06/2003

I will try to do my second FP earlier. I don't know whether it would help me or not now. I did my second FP earlier and costed delay....

I updated my address with INS couple of months before and IIO also confirmed my new address in their database.
But, they sent the notice to the old address. Thank god, it got forwarded to my new address. It shows that FP notice uses some other database and being issued by different dept......
Any suggestions??
 
no, when I spoke to IIO sometime in late May, she mentioned that my FP would expire on June 14 and would receive second notice. She also confirmed my new address... But, i don't know why they sent to my old address...

My FP has been expired but not heard anything so far.

My RD 12/19/01,
ND 12/28/01,
FP 4/3/02,
RFE 6/04/03,
RFE Received 6/17/03.
Ad : ??
 
RD_dec19, I have already told you, since you received a RFE, you're not going to get 2nd fp notice until you reply the RFE and officer opens
your case, then he/she will issue the 2nd fp notice to you. Right now you won't get it.

My Rfe response was received by INS on 06/17/03 according to online msg. I guess I have to wait till they look at it. It is strange to see so many cases are looked at within 10 days from they receive the response, and some have to wait like almost a month as in my case.

Well, things are not in our hands.

Still waiting for the second FP notice. It's already more than a month overdue!
 
tick tock, probably only after officer open your RFE case will he then move your case back to some department which will issue your second FP notice. How efficient BCIS is.
