Received RTD

I had applied for RTD in Oct 07 and have just received it. I had sought the assistance of my congressman for it to be expedited due to an emergency situation and I submitted supporting documents to that effect. A week after they were contacted by the office of the congressman USCIS replied stating that they will expedite my case, and surely enough a week later it was issued.

did you send photos with your application in October or had your picture taken at UCIS ASC?
