Since the day 1, there was no update of status, I have not seen even LUD changes on our cases. Our attorny received an RFE, my wifes medicals were not signed / completed by the doctor, ONE day after I applied for EAD online.
I would not have applied for EAD renewal if I would have come to know about RFE.
What can I do to this doctor for not properly completing the form, he is the cause for the delay. We were in Kansas City in 2002 and now in Irvine CA.
