My case (ND 09/2000) transferred to NY on 07/2001...
No communication so far and
I received yesterday letter from Garden city NY for 3 years returns 1722 from IRS.

questions to gurus..

1. With this RFE does this mean I will not get interview?
2. How much time after I send papers? (expectation.. for approval/interview).
