Received RFE for RD 14 Feb 2002 (I-485)

Guys,
JUst checked the BCIS website, Received RFE for me and my wife.
my RD is 14 Feb 2002 and dont remember the RD, I think its 1st week of march.
Glad at least my case is touched. Keeping Fingure crossed.

I meant ND... i dont remember my ND( Iam at work and have to check at home). RD is same as I mentioned earlier...
 
That's how VSC treat us, go on to next month with most of last month unfinished. Then causing more and more delay. Individually, you may feel happy your case is touched, but if you're not lucky to be picked up, your wait is forever.

The unfairness of VSC causing 20% Oct waiting, 30% Nov, and 40% Dec. Now they go on to Feb, so they can change processing time, but many cases are forgotten there.

02130 and FP done for me and my wife on 6 May 2002. I think FP would be expiring in August. I dont know no what is this RFE for and how long it will take to respond. Do I need to go for 2nd FP if it takes longer???
 
its good news that your case is touched! I think the dates are moving forward cause most of the people from Jan need second FPs.....
 
I think the delay for most cases is still due to the security check. You can find that those with common names are usually later than those with non-common names.

Since by the time ur RFE reaches FP would have expired, and you may[or maynot] get 2nd FP, and if U do it early as soon as u get[if at all u get], then you can hear ur approval soon..
