Received RFE for I140.. Urgent please help

I have received an RFE for my I140 that states that I need to provide evidence that my employer can pay the wage on ETA 750 for year 2006. Evidence includes tax return, audited financial statement or annual report.
My company hasn't filed for tax returns yet and I wont get the above mentioned documents before the deadline to get back to USCIS.

Does USCIS accept any other documents? If yes, what are they?

I really need all of yours advise.
 
I am in the same boat as you are. Even my Employer has delayed in filing the company tax returns...and I got the RFE for my I-140 regarding the tax papers of the company...and the deadline for response is 3rd May, which is 2 days away...and i really doubt if they can reply tomorrow.

Do you have any information, as to what might happen if you go past the deadline date??? would the i-140 be denied automatically?? please share your thoughts...i have seen nobody has responded to your question..but lot of them have viewd it....i guess nobody has any answer to the situation we are in.
