Received RFE for EB3 PD aug 96 RD OCT 99

Hi,
I received a RFE regarding my I-485 asking for employment letter.
My company name was changed although tax-id remains same.

I am wondering whether sending employment letter with new name can trigger
I-140 redo/case on hold situation.

Any opinions....
