Received RFE at USCIS what else to expect if PD is not current?

Hello all,

I recevied this following message. After an RFE was replied with my I-485 on account of Birth Certificate for my self.
My I-485 was stuck up due to retrogession for past 3 years.(EB3, PD END June 2003)

My PD is current only after July 2007. Does this message means, USCIS is doing something? Is there is any likelyhood, I may be approved before PD is current, or I need to wait for 180 days from now?

Could learned members throw some light please?
I need to make some personal decisons, hence this concern.

we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done

Hello dude

I have been silent on the forums watching the posts over the past several years. Here is what I think is happening. Cases are being prescanned for documents , namecheck and current fingerprint / biometrics made so that the application is ready statel ( complete) in all aspects just before approval. I am expecting approvals july / august for all our PD pending friends 2001/2002 and hopefully 2003 - Especially EB3 India. Now what I am not sure is whether there are sufficient visa numbers for all these people.....

I will appreciate if any of the senior members of this forum like unations / moderator's others can throw light as to whether sufficient visa numbers will be available for these applications.

What is your RFE on Birth Certificate.. I got the RFE on birth certificate too.. which is registered recently.. asked me to provide oldest evidence

Please share your experiance
 
RFE on BC

RFE just mentioned that No BC was there.
It might have been missed from Attorney's ofice.
I sent in the BC, Hope they would not have any issues to that.

I had alos one RFE on my I 485 regarding employment verification, salary stubs, company's finacial records (earning statements) in year 2005 and replied and after that the message turned exactly as yours. After sometime, it changed to case received and pending. Since then it is same. LUD keep changing but message is same...Just routine procedure..Nothing more to it..just hope for the best...Good Luck
